   That is Tiger Mask I believe who has lived and cycled around Shinjuku for as long as I can remember. He used to deliver newspapers like that and you rarely saw his face. He’s a Kabukicho /Shinjuku fixture. He must be in his late 40s or more by now.

   I’ve been to Japan three times, and i’ve seen him twice in Shinjuku.

   I’ve seen him last month at Shinjuku 3-chome’s Picadilly Cinema
   I feel for the guy who must have sat behind him during the movie…
