Shimokitazawa street painting
Shimokitazawa area is one of my favorite places in Tokyo. There are many second hand shops, supermarkets with food from all over the world (even Spanish brands), kimono and traditional clothing shops, nice coffee places etc. Something great about Shimokitazawa is that many walls and shop doors are painted with really original stuff.

Me recuerda a los cuadros de Isaac Mendez de Heroes.

It’s a great spot to just wander around for a few hours. Koenji is pretty similar.

I love these. When I lived in Japan there was one wall painting in my town that I loved to look at whenever I passed by. It was of a space cadet guy with a helmet on and antennas. I have a picture of it somewhere. I’ll have to share it.
Thanks for sharing all these.
