Teriyaki hamburger
At Japan’s McDonalds there is a hamburger that is not offered in other countries, it’s the “teriyaki” hamburger. It was not an original McDonalds idea, it was invented by Mos Burguer more than thirty years ago when they tried mixing hamburger meat and “teriyaki” sauce. The “teriyaki” sauce is generally made with soy sauce, sake and honey.

This is a “Mega teriyaki”.

I’ll have the Teriyaki burger… but instead of all of those needless ingredients I’ll just take the sake.

I’ll pass as well. That’s just too much for me though looks better than that shrimp burger they had last year. :\

At least in the US I’d swear McD’s has offered a teriyaki burger before… That or some other chain did…
It’s been about a decade though if I’m remembering correctly…
