Haha, fair enough. Now I ask myself the question, if I saw it there would I move it? Answer being – I wouldn’t touch it since I don’t know whats in it or where its been!
Ingenious way to save a parking space!!

I have no clue what I would do if I needed to park there and saw that. Pretend like I didn’t know what it meant? (which works well since I’m not Japanese)

That’s incredibly neat writing, it looks more like it’s printed on!
Or maybe that’s the third or fourth one the guy’s made? I can see him now, writing it really slowly and deliberately then saying “NOW maybe they’ll get it!”
