Haha, fair enough. Now I ask myself the question, if I saw it there would I move it? Answer being - I wouldn’t touch it since I don’t know whats in it or where its been!
Ingenious way to save a parking space!!

I have no clue what I would do if I needed to park there and saw that. Pretend like I didn’t know what it meant? (which works well since I’m not Japanese)
