Tokyo Genso
At Ikusuki’s blog I find these fabulous images of a post-apocalyptic Tokyo, something similar to the works of Motoda Hisaharu but in color.

Just behind Tocho.

In Shibuya next to the home appliances store Sakuraya. The ironic thing is that some months ago Bic Camera bought Sakuraya and one of the consequences is that they have closed down the Shibuya store. The distinctive Sakuraya neon billboards in Shibuya are gone! So this futuristic image won’t become true.

The same Sakuraya picture but longer into the future.

Interviewed him for Otaku End of the World, really talented guy, he puts a lot of work into the details.

These kind of remind me of the world in the Captain Harlock series.

I love this art. I visited those places in Tokyo last year. Shame about the neon signs though.
