   I find Japanese love to perform to the public. Just go out anywhere during the weekend, you can find young or old Japanese performing everywhere in Japan.

   Its no different then the people who do this kind of stuff in New York City. If there is a crowd people will be out doing crazy stuff. Its just one of the reasons why any cities with large amounts of foot traffic are awesome!
